Role overview
We are looking for a Sales Support & Client Services Executive with previous experience in a sports business, or events role. You will provide support to the sales, marketing, and client services for the Tournament Hospitality Programme and be the primary contact point for clients who have booked hospitality and their requirements.
You will play a key role in the team which will deliver hospitality at all 61 matches, across all three tournaments men’s, women’s and wheelchair, at venues such as, Anfield, Old Trafford, and Emirates Stadium.
If you have worked in client facing events and or sports business role, have exceptional organisational and communications skills, educated to ideally graduate level, and enjoy being part of a team - we would love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service & support
- Process & issue booking confirmations & invoices
- Match ticket & hospitality pass fulfilment
- Maintaining & updating sales & customer records
- Supporting the sales department as required
- Matchday hosting & facility management
Key skills and personal competencies required:
- Proven administration experience
- Computer literate, use of Microsoft Word & Excel and experience of CRM software
- Good communication& organisational skills able to work well under pressure
- Deal with & prioritise high workloads as well as resolving problems/issues
- Customer focussed
- Ability to take ownership

Role overview
The Hospitality Operations Lead will play a key role in the RLWC2021 Hospitality team, to deliver hospitality experiences at all 61 matches, across all three tournaments – men’s, women’s and wheelchair.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management and delivery of the hospitality programme, operating in 21 venues at the Tournament, including venues such as St James’ Park, Elland Road, Anfield, Old Trafford, Copper Box Arena and the Emirates Stadium.
We are looking for an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history of working at major events preferably within the sports industry and matchday hospitality.
If you have worked in an events and operational delivery role, have exceptional organisational and communications skills, educated to ideally graduate level, and enjoy being part of a team - we would love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
- Planning, management and delivery of the hospitality programme, including pre-event production, site visits, logistics, onsite management post event breakdown
- Developing and working within agreed budgets to deliver the event programme
- Liaising with all suppliers including venues, caterers, staff, merchandise and ticketing
- Development of event schedules including running orders, itineraries, staff briefing notes and ops manual
- Production and logistics of client event documentation including maps, lanyards, passes
- Communication and fulfilment of Sponsor requirements
- Matchday hosting and facility management
